Assist with bakery production, cake preparation, and packaging
Package, label, and inspect finished bakery products
Operate or assist with bakery production equipment
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
Follow food safety and production guidelines
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
Requirements
Food Handler Card required
Able to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs. including bending
Comfortable working around bakery heat, coolers, and freezers, several departments will require different work, batching.
Able to perform repetitive production and packaging work
Dependable and available for overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
Bakery, food production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
Mandarin language welcome!
