Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic, wine-loving people person to join our tasting room team and help create memorable guest experiences every single day. Ages 21+ only What You'll Do Lead engaging, educational, and fun wine tastings Share the J. Bookwalter story and confidently speak about our wines Build authentic relationships with guests and convert visitors into wine club members Process sales through POS and handle transactions accurately Support events, releases, and special promotions Maintain a clean, polished, and welcoming tasting room environment Assist with restocking, opening/closing duties, and inventory as needed What We're Looking For Outgoing, warm, and confident communicator Passion for hospitality and guest experience Sales-minded with the ability to ask for the membership or the sale Weekend and holiday availability required Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 40 lbs Previous hospitality, retail, or restaurant experience preferred Wine knowledge is a plus — willingness to learn is a must What Makes You a
