  Appleton, WI Pay bump after 3 months 12-hour shifts (2-2-3 schedule): 6:00 AM
• 6:00 PM (no shift premium) 6:00 PM
• 6:00 AM (shift premium)

Job Summary:

Seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join a food production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of experience in manufacturing or production work and is eager to contribute to daily operations while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the production and packaging of food products according to established procedures. Operate and monitor production equipment under supervision. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines. Perform repetitive tasks efficiently while meeting production goals. Follow company policies and comply with food safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications:
