Position Summary :
The Service and Repair Center Supervisor is responsible for leading Service Technicians and ensuring effective day-to-day team execution. This role oversees work assignments, productivity, performance metrics, employee coaching, training, evaluations, and payroll-related administrative functions. The Supervisor monitors individual and team performance, provides guidance to improve results, and ensures productivity and quality goals are consistently met. This position also enforces standardized processes and policies to support current and future customers with a high level of service and quality.
Responsibilities Include:
Analyze Service and Repair metrics, including productivity, quality, spare pool performance, SLA attainment, responsiveness, and other key performance indicators; implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure assigned team members consistently meet productivity, quality, and service delivery expectations. Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Evaluate Service and Repair infrastructure, technology, and processes and provide recommendations for improvements. Participate in project and deployment meetings to understand upcoming repair support requirements and ensure operational readiness. Develop and implement procedures and training plans needed to support new customer deployments and service requirements. Provide daily task-level direction and guidance to team members regarding priorities, goals, processes, policies, and performance expectations. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Associate / BS or BA degree in Business, or equivalent experience. 4 years' experience in testing and repair of electronic devices, computer configuration or related fields. Working knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint on a daily basis. Able to meet assignment deliverables and deadlines while working on multiple concurrent tasks.
