GAME SUPERVISOR

for Seattle's Top Escape Room Job Summary We're currently looking for a Game Supervisor to cover weekends. Game Supervisors create the energy and excitement for our guests to have an amazing escape room experience while providing the help and clarity teams need to succeed. They provide an enthusiastic attitude while maintaining a professional, service-oriented focus. Game Supervisors are team players who work in conjunction with other staff including Shift Managers and Location Manager to deliver flawless experiences to our guests by hosting, explaining, facilitating, and monitoring our games. Pay starts from $21 per hour and go up to $23 per hour, in addition to tips. Once you do well in this role, there is an opportunity to take on a manager role and take on additional responsibilities. Key Qualifications

• Availability:

  20+ hours per week. Weekends and evenings are a must

• Location:

  Onsite in Seattle, WA

• Level of Experience:

  1-2 years customer service work experience preferred

• Transportation:

  Must have reliable source of transportation including late nights and weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively lead groups of 2-12
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Google Doc)
• Commitment to learning and growing in core skill sets

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal well with changes
• Invigorated by constant personal interaction with guests
• Detail orientation and high level of focus Description A Game Supervisor is responsible to receive and greet teams, introduce the experience, explain the rules, answer questions, monitor experiences remotely, give clues/hints/help, identify potential problems in advance, take group photos, and accurately reset game rooms.

A Game Supervisor is skilled at uncovering guests' needs during game moderation, and then following through with timely and decisive solutions. A Game Supervisor will be able to understand and identify guest needs to ensure Fox in a Box's mission to deliver an amazing experience to every single guest. A Game Supervisor's success is measured by team and individual productivity as well as overall store performance. Our Game Supervisors are proud to represent Fox in a Box Seattle and get satisfaction from seeing guests thrilled by their experience with our escape rooms.
