Competitive pay rate is based on experience. Must have open availability, including nights, holidays and weekends. Essential Job Functions Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt service, cleanliness, and attention to individual needs. Set up, maintain, and clean workstations; complete all side-work according to operational standards. Demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu, specials, and beverages; confidently answer guest questions and make recommendations. Accurately take and serve orders using proper procedures; use suggestive selling to enhance guest experience. Maintain dining area by pre-bussing and bussing tables; communicate supply needs and support smooth restaurant operations. This is a full-time position (at least 30 hours per week). Must be available for the morning and/or evening shift (bar knowledge preferred for evening shift).
