Responsibilities:

Maintain condition and cleanliness of banquet facilities by cleaning, vacuuming, and shampooing carpets. Set up banquet spaces as required per Banquet Event Order (BEO). Provide service to customers as required per contract. Dependable and reliable to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation with flexibility to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays and the ability to work under pressure.
