Job Description

SECURITY AMBASSADOR HOURLY POSITION
$15.15/HR Must be flexible to work day / swing / overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
PURPOSE :
The Security Ambassador is responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment. Primary functions shall include money escorts, routine property patrols, identification verification, and assisting guests and team members as needed .

N/A ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
: Provide highest level of customer service available by demonstrating "EDGE". Assists guests and team members with directions and proper procedures. Checks and verifies identification of every guest who appears to be under 21 years of age. Responds to Emergency situations as necessary. Maintains confidentiality regarding company and guest information. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
:
Education and Experience :
High School Diploma or GED equivalent Must possess and maintain a current valid driver's license. Must be able to pass a departmental math examination. Must have a minimum (1) one year of experience working in a fast-paced high-volume guest service environment.
Skills and Abilities :
Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to display professionalism. Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with team members, guests and vendors. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Must be able to effectively and efficiently transverse stairs, uneven surfaces, varied flooring surfaces and ground coverings while patrolling, responding to calls for service or emergency situations. Must be able to compose a clear, concise, and accurate report. Must be able to identify and report unsafe or hazardous conditions. Provide exceptional guest service to all internal and external guests. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, memos, and protocols. Ability to carry out instructions furnished in a written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to lift and push/pull up to 50lbs. Ability to stand and walk for an entire scheduled shift.

Education and Experience :
Prior Security experience in high volume environment. Two years of related experience in customer service-related field.
REQUIRED TRAINING
: New Team Member Orientation Team Member Policy Handbook Department Policy Handbook Guest Service Standards Any position related training deemed necessary by Department Manager
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
: Must possess sensitivity to the Native American culture. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License. Must comply with all Naskila Casino Policies. Must successfully complete an Introductory Period. Must be able to communicate and interact with Guests, fellow Team Members, and Management in a professional and courteous manner. Must follow all Safety Rules and Regulations. Must adhere to Dress Code and Appearance Policies. Must maintain and wear uniform provided by Naskila Casino, if applicable. Practice good personal hygiene. Must be willing to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as deemed necessary by the Department Manager.
