PURPOSE :
Under the direction of the Gaming Machines Manager, this position is responsible for providing outstanding guest service to Naskila Casino guests, by monitoring gaming machines, providing instructions, making minor repairs, and verifying jackpots.

N/A ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
: Provide exemplary guest service in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner at all times. Observe all guest activity within assigned areas and provide guest assistance as needed. Escalate machine issues as necessary; resolve tilts and jams as needed. Safeguard company assets. Attend and participate in regularly scheduled meetings. Complete tasks, such as cash payouts, change requests, etc., within established timelines, and completes computer work and documentation as required. Assist in cleaning and maintenance of the games and facility. Assists in maintaining inventory of supplies. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and policies and procedures, in all areas, at all times. Maintain a high level of confidentiality of all privileged information. Contribute to team effort and accomplish related results as required. Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience :
High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of one (1) year of public facing guest service experience in the Gaming or Hospitality industry or Certification in Gaming.
Skills and Abilities :
Ability to interact with guests, Executive Team, Team Members, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner. Knowledge of computers. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. The ability to use basic math skills (including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and counting) using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals, and United States currency. Ability to use a calculator.

: Must possess sensitivity to the Native American culture. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License. Must comply with all Naskila Casino Policies. Must successfully complete an Introductory Period. Must be able to communicate and interact with Guests, fellow Team Members, and Management in a professional and courteous manner. Must follow all Safety Rules and Regulations. Must adhere to Dress Code and Appearance Policies. Must maintain and wear uniform provided by Naskila Casino, if applicable. Practice good personal hygiene. Must be willing to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as deemed necessary by the Department Manager.
