Pokémon Live Stream Sales Host Rare Cards Only (RCO) is a growing Pokémon TCG livestream business based in Burbank, CA. We buy and sell Pokémon cards at high volume through daily TikTok livestreams, and we're looking for an energetic, competitive, and knowledgeable Pokémon Live Stream Sales Host to join our team. This is not a traditional retail position . Your primary responsibility will be hosting live Pokémon card sales on TikTok, interacting with viewers through the stream, presenting cards, creating excitement, and driving sales. Your face does not need to appear on camera—the livestream is focused on the cards and your hands—but you must be comfortable speaking continuously and confidently to a live audience. Compensation $22-$25/hour + performance commission In addition to hourly pay, hosts can earn approximately 2-5% commission on profits generated during their streams on a per stream basis , depending on performance and experience. We want someone who is motivated by performance. Strong hosts who consistently generate sales will have opportunities for increased commission, compensation, hours, and responsibility as RCO grows. What You'll Do Host approximately 3-5 hour Pokémon TCG livestreams on TikTok Present and sell raw Pokémon cards to a live audience Keep the stream energetic, entertaining, and moving Communicate with viewers and create excitement around cards Learn RCO's selling style, pricing, and livestream process Handle Pokémon cards carefully and professionally Help prepare inventory for upcoming streams when needed, including removing price stickers and organizing cards Work closely with RCO's owners as we continue expanding the business What We're Looking For You must already have basic Pokémon TCG knowledge and a genuine interest in Pokémon cards. You do not need to be an expert or know the value of every card—we will train you on our inventory and selling process—but you should be comfortable recognizing Pokémon, understanding basic TCG terminology, and working around collectible cards. Livestream sales experience is preferred but not required . We care heavily about personality and your ability to communicate and sell.

The ideal person is:

18 years or older Outgoing, energetic, and confident speaking Comfortable talking and engaging an audience for several hours Naturally competitive and motivated by sales performance Familiar with Pokémon TCG and passionate about the hobby Reliable and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced small-business environment Careful and trustworthy when handling valuable inventory Willing to learn and take coaching Interested in growing with a young and expanding company Schedule This is an in-person position in Burbank, California . We currently livestream 6-7 days per week , including weekends. Typical shifts are approximately 5-6 hours , generally beginning between 11:00 AM-1:00 PM and ending around 3:00-5:00 PM , depending on the day's stream schedule. Weekend availability is required. Growth Opportunity RCO is actively scaling, and this position is being created specifically as we expand our livestream operation. We are looking for someone who can become a reliable part of the team—not simply fill occasional shifts.
