Manage restaurant reservations efficiently Escort guests to their tables, ensuring smooth seating arrangements and timely service flow. Handle guest inquiries via phone with excellent phone etiquette, providing accurate information about wait times and reservations. Maintain organized waitlists and communicate wait times clearly to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience. Support the front-of-house team by coordinating table turnovers and assisting with guest relations to enhance overall satisfaction. Uphold food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness while managing guest interactions with professionalism and hospitality. Manage all takeout orders, including order entry, coordination with the kitchen, and customer pickup. Experience Previous experience as a host or hostess in a busy restaurant environment is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a customer-focused attitude. Familiarity with restaurant reservation management software and POS systems is highly desirable, but not necessary.
