As we prepare for this momentous occasion, we are actively seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team.

Position Summary:

Welcome and warmly greet guests upon arrival. Manage the efficient and timely seating of guests at tables that best accommodate their preferences. Accurately manage and utilize the POS system, handle to-go orders, and answer questions regarding large parties and catering.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival. Greet guests entering the restaurant whenever possible. Manage and utilize the POS system, notifying Guests of wait-times, and when orders are ready. Notify guests when orders become available, and thank them for waiting. Accommodate special seating requests whenever possible. Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return. Wipe down and clean tables as customers left. Handle to-go orders efficiently. Answer inquiries about large parties and catering services. Keep the host area, floors, and door glass clean and presentable. Must be flexible and willing to assist in any front-of-house (FOH) positions, including performing bathroom checks and cleaning, as needed.

Qualifications:

No prior restaurant experience is required. Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods (up to 6 hours). Fun, upbeat personality, acting with kindness and professionalism Excellent communication skills in the predominant language(s) of our guests.
