Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Seat guests and manage reservations
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Answer phone calls and take reservations
• Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant Qualifications
• Previous , or restaurant setting is preferred
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Knowledge of POS systems for order processing
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills to address guest needs promptly and professionally
