Duties:

Greet guests in a positive, prompt, and attentive manner Assign guests to tables suitable for their needs and according to server rotation; provide menus Accurately take and prepare to-go and delivery service orders Answer phones, respond to tablet alerts Answer questions and make food and drinks recommendations Respond appropriately to guest satisfaction issues Correctly itemize bills and collect payments; operate cash register Clean and disinfect tables, chairs, counters, and menus Interact with coworkers in a friendly yet professional manner Follow restaurant policies, procedures, and managers' instructions Prepare receipts and financial reports at end of shift

Qualifications:

Experience preferred, will train the right candidate Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays Possess or obtain Food Handler and RBS certification Honest, hardworking, prompt, team player, well-organized Able to thrive in a loud fast-paced environment Able to lift 30 lbs Bilingual Spanish a plus
