We are seeking a friendly and efficient Host to join our team. As a Host, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include providing top-notch customer service, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and supporting our restaurant operations. Scheduling shifts are Wednesday

• Friday 11am to 2pm and Wednesday
• Saturday 4:30 pm
• close (8-9:30).

Friday and Saturday nights are

REQUIRED.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests upon arrival and assist them in finding a table or seat. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that guests receive their food and drinks promptly and efficiently. Clean and maintain the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors. Clear tables and remove any trash or debris after guests have finished their meal. Support the front-of-house team by restocking supplies and performing other tasks as needed. Use the TableTurnPOS system to manage orders and payments. Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times. Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a food service environment, preferably in a restaurant/bar setting. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food service operations and hospitality best practices. Familiarity with POS systems. Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and guests. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting. Friendly and welcoming demeanor.
