Alexander's Steakhouse Pasadena is seeking a polished, professional, and hospitality-driven Host to join our team. Part-Time Position | Weekend Availability Required
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 1 year of experience as a host, upscale greeter, or in a similar guest-facing customer service role. Experience with SevenRooms, reservation management systems, and iPad technology is a plus. Strong work ethic with a commitment to excellence, reliability, and punctuality. A genuine passion for hospitality and fine dining. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Professional demeanor, integrity, and grace under pressure. Patience and adaptability when navigating language barriers, technical difficulties, and challenging situations. Strong multitasking, follow-through, and attention to detail. An energetic, approachable personality with a positive attitude and sense of humor. Eagerness to learn our menu, develop product knowledge, and create memorable guest experiences. Receptiveness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship. Appreciation for established systems, processes, and protocols that support seamless team operations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
