In-Person Hiring Immediately About the Role We are a fast-growing e-commerce business looking for energetic, confident, and outgoing Live Sales Hosts to join our team. As a Live Sales Host, you will sell and showcase products to customers through live shopping platforms such as TikTok Shop and Whatnot. Think of this position as a combination of sales, entertainment, and product presentation . You'll be on camera interacting with viewers, showcasing products, running live auctions/sales, answering questions, and keeping the livestream entertaining and engaging. No professional livestreaming experience is required. Training will be provided. What You'll Do Host live shopping streams from our location Present and demonstrate products on camera Explain product features and encourage viewers to purchase Interact with customers through the live chat Run live auctions and promotional events Maintain high energy throughout the livestream Keep viewers entertained and engaged Follow our livestream format and sales procedures Learn different products quickly before going live Work with our team to improve sales and stream performance Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Comfortable speaking and appearing on camera Outgoing, energetic, and confident Naturally good at talking to people Competitive and motivated by sales Able to speak clearly and keep conversations flowing Reliable and punctual Quick to learn new products Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to maintain positive energy for several hours Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, social media, content creation, livestreaming, hosting, acting, or entertainment is a plus, but not required. You DON'T Need You do not need a large social media following. You do not need to use your personal TikTok or social media accounts. You do not need previous TikTok Shop or Whatnot experience. We provide the products, equipment, selling accounts, and training. Your job is to bring the personality, energy, and sales ability. •Schedule•Multiple shifts and streaming opportunities are available. Daytime, evening, and weekend availability may be available depending on our current schedule. We are actively expanding our livestream operation, so there may be opportunities for additional hours and responsibility for strong performers. Compensation Competitive hourly compensation with opportunities for performance-based incentives. Top-performing hosts may have opportunities for additional shifts, bonuses, and advancement as our livestream operation grows. 8 Hour work days will receive a performance boost in pay for the day.
