Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage their seating preferences to optimize flow and guest satisfaction Handle restaurant reservation management efficiently using our table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing accurate information and taking reservations with excellent phone etiquette Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely seating and smooth guest flow throughout the restaurant Maintain organized waitlists and communicate wait times clearly to guests, demonstrating strong organizational skills Assist in managing guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously Support food safety protocols by maintaining cleanliness in the host station area and adhering to hygiene standards Requirements Previous host/hostess experience or food service experience preferred, with a strong focus on customer service excellence Familiarity with restaurant reservation management and table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Excellent communication skills, including phone communication and interpersonal interactions Basic math skills for managing waitlists, reservations, and billing procedures using POS systems Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality best practices Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed A positive attitude with a passion for guest relations and creating memorable dining experiences Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality!
