Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring an excellent dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests
• Provide information about menu items and specials
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in guest services or customer service preferred
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar restaurant software is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Phone etiquette skills for taking reservations
• Knowledge of food service procedures is beneficial
