Support the front-of-house team by managing guest relations and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally. Operate POS systems accurately during transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts. taking phone orders, check out customers as they pick up their order Requirements Previous experience in a customer service role within a restaurant Strong communication skills, including clear phone communication and good listening abilities. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and balancing registers accurately. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is a plus.
