We help women find stylish, wearable pieces while creating a shopping experience that feels personal, welcoming, and fun. We are looking for an energetic, engaging, and sales-minded Live-Selling Influencer and On-Camera Host to showcase our products and connect with customers through live online shopping events. About the Position This is a primarily remote position responsible for hosting approximately four to five live-selling events per week through The Teal Turtle Boutique's accounts. Primary platforms will include, but are not limited to: Whatnot TikTok Poshmark Additional social-selling platforms as the role develops The ideal candidate is confident on camera, comfortable modeling and demonstrating clothing and accessories, and naturally skilled at creating excitement around products. This person should be able to connect with viewers, answer questions in real time, and turn an entertaining live event into sales. Key Responsibilities Host four to five engaging live-selling events each week through The Teal Turtle Boutique's accounts Model, demonstrate, and describe clothing, accessories, gifts, and other boutique products Clearly explain product features, fit, sizing, styling ideas, pricing, and availability Create an upbeat, welcoming environment that reflects the Teal Turtle brand Engage viewers throughout each live broadcast Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and comments Encourage customer participation and purchases without making the experience feel overly scripted or pressured Learn featured products before each live-selling event Follow promotional details, pricing, talking points, and sales guidelines provided by the boutique Assist with basic live-show preparation and organization Maintain a professional and visually appealing remote filming setup Represent The Teal Turtle Boutique positively and professionally online Communicate regularly with the Teal Turtle team regarding upcoming products, promotions, scheduling, and customer feedback Local Merchandise Pickup Requirement Although this position is primarily remote, applicants must live in or near Manatee County or the Apollo Beach area . The selected candidate will be required to pick up featured merchandise from a Teal Turtle Boutique location each week for upcoming live-selling events. Merchandise may need to be returned or exchanged for new featured products weekly. Reliable transportation is required. The candidate must be able to handle, organize, store, model, and return boutique merchandise responsibly. Occasional in-store meetings, training sessions, filming, or special events may also be required. Ideal Candidate Confident, personable, enthusiastic, and comfortable on camera Able to speak naturally and continuously during live broadcasts Genuinely interested in women's fashion, accessories, gifts, and styling Comfortable modeling clothing and demonstrating products Skilled at building rapport and connecting with customers online Sales-oriented without being overly aggressive Dependable, organized, self-motivated, and responsive Able to learn product details and confidently answer questions about fit and sizing Comfortable learning and using Whatnot, TikTok, Poshmark, and other selling platforms Able to maintain a clean, attractive, well-lit space for remote broadcasts Available to host four to five scheduled live-selling events per week Local to Manatee County, Apollo Beach, or the surrounding area Previous experience in live selling, social media content creation, influencing, retail sales, fashion, or on-camera hosting is strongly preferred. An established social media following is helpful but not required because live events will be conducted through The Teal Turtle Boutique's accounts. Compensation This position will be paid at a flat weekly rate , determined based on experience, availability, and the final scope of responsibilities.
