Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest satisfaction Handle restaurant reservation management using various table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Assist guests with To-Go orders by accurately taking phone orders, answering inquiries with professional phone etiquette, and coordinating pickup times Maintain organized waitlists and communicate wait times effectively to ensure smooth service flow Support food safety standards by adhering to proper handling procedures during order processing and guest interactions Use POS systems to process transactions efficiently for both dine-in and To-Go orders Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest relations and uphold high standards of hospitality Skills Proven experience as a host/hostess or in a similar customer service role within a restaurant setting Strong knowledge of restaurant reservation management and table management systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor under pressure Basic math skills for processing payments and managing reservations accurately Familiarity with food safety practices and restaurant operations Organizational skills to manage waitlists, reservations, and guest requests effectively Join our team where your enthusiasm fuels memorable guest experiences!
