Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage waitlists to ensure efficient seating Handle restaurant reservation management using TOAST Assist servers and bartenders by clearing and resetting tables promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area to uphold food safety standards Communicate effectively with guests via phone for reservations, inquiries, or special requests using proper phone etiquette Support guest relations by providing attentive, friendly service and addressing guest needs promptly Operate POS systems accurately for order processing and billing when necessary Requirements Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members Basic math skills for handling reservations, bills, and POS transactions Familiarity with restaurant table management systems such TOAST is a plus, but not required Excellent organizational skills to manage reservations, seating flow, and cleanliness standards Knowledge of food safety practices and hospitality standards to ensure guest well-being Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Reliable phone communication skills to handle reservations and guest inquiries effectively Join us and be part of a team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
