Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional first impression Manage restaurant reservation systems and coordinate seating arrangements efficiently Answer incoming phone calls with proper phone etiquette, assist with reservation inquiries, and communicate wait times accurately Maintain organized waitlists and seating charts using restaurant table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Assist guests with seating preferences and special requests to enhance their dining experience Monitor the flow of guests in the dining area, ensuring timely seating and guest satisfaction Support food safety standards by communicating guest needs clearly to servers and kitchen staff Handle guest concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent guest relations and problem-solving skills Experience Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a customer-focused attitude Familiarity with restaurant reservation management software and POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong communication skills, including phone communication and guest interaction, are essential Ability to perform basic math for managing reservations, waitlists, and billing procedures accurately Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tables, reservations, and guest requests efficiently Experience in hospitality or guest services roles that emphasize customer satisfaction and positive guest relations Knowledge of food safety protocols is beneficial but can be learned on the job Join us in delivering memorable dining experiences by combining your hospitality talent with your passion for service!
