Job Summary Join our vibrant team as an Evening Social Host, where you will create memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional hospitality and engaging social atmospheres. This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about food, beverages, and delivering outstanding customer service in a lively, upscale environment. As an Evening Social Host, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing food and drink service, and ensuring a clean, safe, and enjoyable setting for all attendees. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a warm community atmosphere that keeps guests coming back night after night. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with friendly conversations to enhance their experience Prepare and serve food and beverages, including light food prep, beer and wine service. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, food stations, and kitchen spaces in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during food preparation and service Handle food safely by following proper food handling protocols and managing dietary restrictions or special requests Ensuring all food safety standards are met Experience Prior experience in dining environments is highly preferred Hands-on experience with food preparation, serving, and food safety management Experience operating kitchen equipment and POS systems in a hospitality setting Background in customer service enhances your ability to manage diverse social groups Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in person Familiarity with manual handling techniques and weight handling in the workplace to ensure safety during setup and service tasks Indiana Liquor License is preferred, in not, hotel will provide one Join us as an Evening Social Host to bring energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism to every guest interaction. Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
