We are currently looking for friendly, dedicated individuals for part-time and full-time seasonal positions across our morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. The Role and Responsibilities As the first point of contact for our guests, you play a vital role in the Audie's experience. You will warmly greet and seat guests using a balanced rotation to ensure a smooth dining room flow. Beyond initial hospitality, you will manage essential front-of-house operations, such as operating the cash register and accurately processing payments through the Toast POS system. You will also be responsible for professionally handling phone inquiries and coordinating takeout orders to ensure every detail is captured for our guests. Maintaining a welcoming atmosphere is a key part of this position. This includes updating our daily specials board in coordination with the kitchen staff, keeping menus sanitized, and ensuring the entryway and dining areas remain tidy and organized throughout your shift. You will work closely with the entire team, assisting servers with guest needs—such as providing water or helping with table transitions—to ensure the restaurant runs efficiently. Shift Expectations Shift Category Primary Focus and Duties Family Room - Afternoon shifts typically begin between 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM depending on the season. These shifts focus on the transition to dinner service, managing high-volume guest flow, and completing evening closing procedures such as balancing the final drawer. Chippewa Room - Starting at 4:30 PM This role focuses on managing reservations, charting seating for large parties, and maintaining the refined atmosphere of the Chippewa Room and Welcome Lounge.
