Responsibilities :

Welcome and greet guest upon arrival Manage reservations and wait lists Escort guest to their tables Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries Coordinate with servers and management to optimize seating Maintain a clean and organized reception area Handle guest concerns professionally and courteously Ensure guest feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit
