Starting at $14.00-$15.00 hourly Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations Customer Service Meet and greet members and guests in a professional manner. Seat members and guests according to parameters set by manager. Answer phone within 3 rings. Enter reservations into our Foretees Reservation system Readily assist co-workers when the need is apparent or as instructed, including assisting with clearing, serving, resetting tables, stocking, etc. Other duties as assigned or apparent. Sales and Financial Promote upcoming events throughout the club. Review daily reservations to find out if there are any upcoming birthdays or anniversaries of which to invite members to enjoy their celebrations at the Club. Operations and Compliance Attend new menu tastings and department meetings. Ensure all areas are kept clean and in compliance with state and federal health department rules and regulations. Follow safe food handling regulations. Physical Requirements While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for extended periods of time, walk, use hands and fingers, reach, climb, stoop, crouch, and lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Provide members and guests with exceptional and memorable experiences through friendly, prompt and positive service.
