Hospitality Captain Responsibilities:

Create and maintain a clean, welcoming dining room Welcome guests into the dining room Refresh beverages Clear trays Wipe down tables and clean floors Uphold Chick-fil-A standards for quality and service Make personal connections with guests Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly Must have a sense of urgency Be team-oriented, dependable, with a strong work ethic and strong communication Work on their feet for several hours at a time Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times Demonstrate consistency and reliability Be adaptable and efficient
