We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and can create a welcoming first impression for every guest. As the first and last point of contact for many of our customers, you will play an important role in creating an excellent dining experience. Responsibilities Welcome and greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude Manage the waitlist and accurately estimate guest wait times Seat guests efficiently while balancing table sections for servers Answer phone calls and assist guests with questions Manage reservations and seating requests when applicable Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff Assist with menus, takeout orders, and other guest requests Monitor the dining room and help ensure guests receive prompt attention Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude Assist the team with additional front-of-house duties as needed Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Ability to work well as part of a team Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods Must be available for weekend shifts Must be able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment What We Offer Flexible scheduling Opportunities to learn and grow within the restaurant Team-oriented and energetic work environment Employee meal benefits Opportunity to cross-train for additional front-of-house positions Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who brings good energy, a great attitude, and genuine hospitality to work every day.
