Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, providing information about events, activities, and safety protocols. Manage event logistics, including setting up spaces, coordinating activities, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the day. Handle guest inquiries and resolve conflicts promptly with professionalism and tact. Monitor safety procedures diligently, including first aid response and adherence to safety protocols during outdoor or indoor activities. Assist with processing cash transactions using POS systems for ticket sales, merchandise, or food service items. Support event setup and teardown, including manual handling of equipment and supplies while maintaining safety standards. Engage with children and families through public speaking, guided activities, or theater experiences to enhance their visit. Enforce safety rules during outdoor work or water-based activities such as lifeguard duties or swimming supervision. Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean, organized environment conducive to fun and safety for all guests. Skills Proven experience in events management or hospitality roles with a focus on guest engagement. Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively. Certified in first aid and CPR; capable of responding swiftly in emergencies. Experience working at event venues or outdoor recreational sites; familiarity with safety protocols is essential. Background working with children or in educational entertainment settings; excellent public speaking skills are a plus. Retail sales experience with cash handling expertise using POS systems. Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely during setup or cleanup activities. Knowledge of food service operations or theater experience enhances guest interaction capabilities. Demonstrated ability to adhere strictly to safety protocols while managing outdoor work environments or water-based activities such as lifeguarding or swimming supervision.
