What you'll do Greet and seat guests promptly while ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable. Assist in managing the flow of guests during busy periods to optimize seating efficiency. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests. Support servers by delivering food and beverages, refilling drinks, and addressing guest needs promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food presentation. Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude. Assist with catering events as needed, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Basic qualifications Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Preferred qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles is highly desirable. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations.
