Duties Supervise overnight shelter operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed and guests adhere to house rules Provide crisis intervention and conflict management to de-escalate tense situations effectively Assist guests with intake procedures and orientation. Maintain guest confidentiality while documenting incidents, case notes, and data entry accurately Monitor smoke breaks, keeping track of guests and visitors at all times, keeping the spaces respected and clean, follow schedules Conduct security checks, manual handling, and ensure the physical safety of all shelter guests through regular checks Facilitate communication between guests and staff, providing clear information about shelter policies and available resources.
