• Duties:

• Manage the hotel's front desk, including checking in and out guests, answering phone calls, and responding to guest inquiries.
• Handle guest requests and concerns with a smile, providing prompt and professional assistance to resolve any issues.
• Assist with restaurant reservations and manage seating arrangements.
• Utilize Aloha POS to efficiently process orders and manage tables.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and surrounding spaces.
• Provide helpful information and recommendations to guests about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless guest services.
• Offer a warm and welcoming presence to guests, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.

• Experience:

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and a strong focus on providing a positive guest experience.
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS.
• Experience in food service is an asset, as you will be assisting with restaurant reservations and table management.
• Knowledge of guest services, including hospitality standards, is essential for this role.

• Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Experience with Aloha POS or other POS systems.
