What You'll Be Doing As the Lead Host , you'll be the friendly face that sets the tone for our guests' dining experience. You'll ensure smooth operations in our high-volume dining room while leading the front-of-house (FOH) team with confidence and positivity. Here's what your day-to-day will look like: Offering a warm welcome to every patron and a heartfelt "thank you" as they leave. Ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience—because they're not just customers, they're our guests. Scheduling and overseeing a team of 20+ FOH staff to keep things running smoothly. Resolving guest concerns politely and effectively, ensuring they leave with a smile. Communicating seamlessly with upper management, BOH, and FOH staff to maintain a harmonious workflow. Utilizing your leadership skills to maintain a strong, motivated team. Strategizing and problem-solving under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you'll need: 3 years of experience in a high-volume dining room (fast-food or drive-thru experience does not qualify). A "people person" personality with a passion for hospitality. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team. Tech-savviness, with knowledge of Toast POS and Micros

strongly preferred. Hospitality event planning skills (a big plus!). A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills. The ability to think strategically and stay cool under pressure. Schedule This is a full-time position with workdays on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. You'll have Tuesdays and Wednesdays off to recharge.
