Accountabilities include Welcome guests to the venue Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists Manage reservations Escort guests to assigned dining or bar areas Looking and being the part, follows dress code and has a professional, sleek appearance Provide menus and announce server's name Assisting teammates with table setting by fetching and placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils, and napkins Coordinate with team about available seating options Maintain an impeccable reception area Cater to guests who require extra attention Answer incoming calls and address guest questions Assist teammates as needed Informing teammates about guest feedback or requests Clock in and out for every shift at kiosk terminal Ideal skills and attributes Ability to multi-task and move with urgency and intention in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment Able to stand, walk (up and down flights of stairs), reaching, for 100% of work time
