Duties Greet guests promptly and courteously as they arrive for take-out orders Manage and coordinate restaurant reservations and order pickups using restaurant table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Process customer payments accurately through POS systems while maintaining excellent customer service standards Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and accuracy Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, using proper phone etiquette to assist guests with order placements or questions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the take-out area, including packaging supplies and order pick-up stations Follow food safety protocols to ensure all take-out items meet health standards and quality expectations Assist with guest relations by providing friendly, attentive service, addressing any concerns promptly Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant setting, particularly in host/hostess roles or food service roles, is preferred Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment Familiarity with restaurant reservation management and table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hospitality environments Experience with POS systems, including Aloha POS or Micros POS, is desirable Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple orders simultaneously and maintain a tidy work area Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and guest-focused approach Join us as a Take Out team member and become an essential part of delivering exceptional dining experiences!
