Full Job Description Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Assist with seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of space
• Take reservations and manage the waitlist
• Answer phone calls and provide information about the restaurant
• Use POS system to input orders and process payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
• Handle guest inquiries and requests with excellent customer service skills

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Knowledge of guest relations and guest services principles
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices
