Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for greeting them warmly, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of checkins. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality. Duties Greet guests promptly and with a warm smile as they arrive at the Inn. Manage reservations. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive dining experience. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
