Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and attentive guest relations Manage restaurant reservation systems and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, practicing excellent phone etiquette Assist guests with menu inquiries, special requests, and seating preferences Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process payments accurately and efficiently Maintain organized restaurant table management using restaurant experience and reservation management tools Ensure food safety standards are upheld during all guest interactions and transactions Support waitstaff by providing timely service updates and guest information as needed Experience Prior experience as a host/hostess or in food service environments is highly preferred Demonstrated ability to manage restaurant reservations and utilize restaurant table management systems effectively Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and positive relations Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions smoothly Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to phone etiquette Organizational skills to handle multiple tables, reservations, and guest requests simultaneously Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Knowledge of food safety practices within a hospitality setting is a plus Join us to be part of an energetic team that thrives on delivering outstanding guest experiences!
