Front Counter / Guest Service Team Member Duke's Ramen - Mamaroneck, NY Duke's Ramen is looking for a reliable, friendly and energetic Front Counter / Guest Service Team Member to join our Mamaroneck location.

Schedule:

Part-time, approximately 28 hours/week over 5 shifts

Pay:

$15/hour + tips Tips currently average approximately $13/hour Typical total earnings: approximately $28/hour Responsibilities Take guest orders in person and over the phone Enter and process orders using Toast POS Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Pack and check takeout and delivery orders Run food to guests Answer basic menu questions Clean and reset tables and counter areas Restock beverages and front-of-house supplies Keep the dining and front counter areas clean and organized Complete general cleaning and closing duties Reconcile transactions at the end of the night Communicate with the kitchen to keep orders moving accurately and efficiently What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Friendly and comfortable interacting with guests Able to work quickly and stay organized during busy periods Willing to help wherever needed as part of a small restaurant team Restaurant or customer service experience preferred POS experience preferred; Toast experience is a plus Evening and weekend availability required This position is for our Mamaroneck location. Duke's Ramen is expanding with new locations in New Rochelle and White Plains , creating opportunities for additional hours and growth for the right person.
