Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met. Assist with food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety and handling guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special dietary needs. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for prompt resolution. Stay informed about menu items, specials, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests. Prepare guests orders in timely manner in accordance with company standards and procedures to ensure consistent product. Skills Previous experience in food service/restaurants is not required. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a busy setting. A passion for providing outstanding customer service & food in the restaurant or food industry.
