Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by Greeting Guests when entering the restaurant Answering phones and making reservations Seating guests at tables
Operate the Toast POS system to Make Reservations Seat tables
Work closely with the waitstaff to ensure efficient and timely service

Skills:

Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel setting is required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Toast POS, is a plus Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
