Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by Greeting Guests when entering the restaurant Answering phones and making reservations Seating guests at tables
- Operate the Toast POS system to Make Reservations Seat tables
- Work closely with the waitstaff to ensure efficient and timely service
Skills:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel setting is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
