POSITION SUMMARY

MAIN

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating charts Answer phones, assist with guest inquiries, and process to-go orders Support front-of-house operations, including beverage refills and guest service Maintain cleanliness of the host stand, entry area, and restrooms Assist team members to ensure smooth service

Physical & Mental Requirements:

Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, guest-facing environment Must be able to lift and carry up to 25+ lbs
