Job Description
Stop By Music City Diner in Hendersonville and Apply In Person. We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of House Staff
- Part Time/Full Time
- Saturdays are required. Immediate opening for hostess/cashier positions. This position has the opportunity to move into serving shifts for the right applicants. As a Host/Cashier/, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience. Great Hours! Morning and Lunch Shifts
- No Evenings or Nights! ## Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them at their tables
- Manage waitlists efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system with accuracy
- Assist guests with menu inquiries and provide recommendations
- Provide excellent, professional service in a fast paced setting
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the workplace
- Collaborate with coworkers to ensure smooth operations ## Experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to assist and help guests in a courteous manner
- Prior experience in, hospitality or food service is a plus
