Duties Manage restaurant reservation systems with efficiency using platforms such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate booking and guest seating arrangements. Greet VIP guests warmly upon arrival, providing personalized guest services that reflect our commitment to excellence. Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating proper phone etiquette and clear communication skills to address guest inquiries and reservations promptly. Coordinate with restaurant staff to optimize table management, ensuring timely seating and smooth flow during busy periods. Maintain organized records of reservations, guest preferences, and special requests to enhance future service experiences. Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and ensuring every VIP guest feels valued and appreciated throughout their visit. Uphold food safety standards and hygiene protocols while managing guest interactions in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Experience Previous experience in a host/hostess role or food service environment is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with restaurant operations and guest engagement. Strong background in restaurant reservation management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient scheduling and table allocation. Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences, including VIP clientele. Experience in handling phone communication professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills. Knowledge of food safety practices and hospitality standards to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all guests. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Basic math skills for handling reservations, billing inquiries, or other related tasks confidently.
