Job Description:

Rough Creek Lodge Ranch and Resort is seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless dining experience. This position offers an opportunity for growth and development with on-the-job training provided.

Pay:

Base pay of $7.25 with Service charge creates the range of ($14-$16/hr). If you make tips you are able to keep them.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests with a welcoming demeanor. Manage dining reservations using Open Table. Utilize Megasys for room reservations and ensure accurate information is conveyed to guests. Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area. Collaborate with the waitstaff to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism. Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills to manage busy periods. Calling guest to confirm reservations Answer phone to take reservations

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred. Food Handlers and TABC Knowledge of Open Table for dining reservations is highly desirable. Familiarity with Megasys for room reservations is a plus. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in Google Docs and Excel. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
