We are currently looking for a dedicated and friendly Host/Hostess to be the welcoming face of our establishment. The ideal candidate will excel in providing top-notch customer service and creating a positive first impression for our guests.

• Duties:

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor as they arrive
• Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lobby and waiting area
• Communicate effectively with guests to understand and accommodate their needs
• Work closely with the serving staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Utilize POS systems, including TOAST, to manage reservations and guest information
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about our services and offerings
• Assist in coordinating with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience

• Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a restaurant, hotel, or similar setting
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a professional manner
• Familiarity with POS systems, specifically TOAST, is a plus
• Knowledge of guest relations and hospitality industry practices
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
