Starting Pay:

All new hosts begin at $30 per hour during a two-week paid training and evaluation period. After training, hosts move to $22/hr base pay + commission + tips.

Schedule:

Full-time—40 hours per week | Part-time positions available

Overtime:

Available as needed

Shifts:

Day, swing, and night shifts available.

Day Shift:

7:00am-3:00pm

Swing Shift:

3:00pm-11:00pm

Night Shift:

11:00pm-7:00am

We are seeking motivated, energetic live-stream hosts who are excited to join a rapidly growing company and help shape the future of online auctions. This is not a passive hosting position. Successful hosts thrive under pressure, maintain a strong pace, connect with viewers, and consistently work toward measurable performance goals. What we're looking for You do not have to have previous on-camera or acting experience. We found that high energy individuals who have a strong fast-paced selling background perform best. Strong on-camera presence; you're comfortable being watched and can hold a room A sales instinct: you can make someone want something in under a minute Fast improvisation when the product, the chat, or the tech changes on you Honesty under pressure; urgency is the job, misleading people is not Coachability. This is the single biggest predictor of who succeeds here. Reliability. Shows run on a schedule and the studio can't cover a no-show. Availability for day, swing, or night shifts During training, you will learn: Live-auction flow and pacing Product-presentation and sales techniques Audience engagement and chat control TikTok/Whatnot platform tools and stream operations Studio procedures and teamwork expectations Performance standards and key metrics Candidates who demonstrate strong energy, adaptability, reliability, audience engagement, and sales ability may be offered a permanent position and become eligible for performance-based pay increases.

Compensation Starting pay:

$30 per hour + Tips (During 2-week training period) Long-term pay: $22/hr + commission + tips (this will be significantly higher than 30/hr for streamers who hit standard company metrics) Overtime opportunities Performance-based raises and advancement Medical benefits after 90 days full-time If you get a rush out of closing sales, hate a slow day, and want your paycheck tied to how well you perform, apply.
